The 2024 WELCA Fall Cleanup Day will be this Saturday, September 21 from 7 AM to 12 Noon. WELCA has ordered 5 Roll Off dumpsters total. Once all the roll off  (5) have been filled they will be no additional ones coming.  This may mean the event ends before noon.

Large roll-off dumpsters will be available at 1505 South. Pierson Street from 7 AM to 12 Noon. WELCA has ordered 5 Roll Off dumpsters total. WELCA residents are encouraged to take some time to clean up outside and inside to dispose of unwanted items that your trash service may not collect.  This is your chance to do some yard, garage, and house cleaning.  Please bundle tree limbs as much as possible – it make for much speedier and cleaner unloading.

We cannot accept or dispose of electronics, (including Televisions and old computer monitors or components), hazardous waste, chemicals (paint, lacquers, mineral spirits etc.) or refrigerators (due to freon) in the dumpsters.  Old lawn mowers can be accepted if the oil and gas are drained out.

This is a lot cheaper than a trip to the landfill. This event is free for those who have paid their 2024 WELCA dues of $ 30.00.  You can also pay your dues that morning if needed. 

It would also be appreciated if you can stay and help unload your into the dumpsters for a few minutes.
