They are Filing No. 4, Filing No. 6, Filing No.7, Filing No. 8, Filing No. 8A, and Filing No. 9. If you are a new home owner in Lochwood, your realtor should have provided a copy of your Protective Covenants during your closing procedures. All our Protective Covenants are on file with the Jefferson County Clerks office for County Records. You can download a copy from our website
